I am the Senior Manager & Vice President of Levin AFC Football club.
We have had a closed loop card system installed by Ted Woodley and his team.
We are very happy with the system and his team.
We use the cards as membership cards which helps with our bar license. Our members use the cards to buy goods over our bar.
We add 10% on card load to give all our members in effect a discount which non-members do not get.
The use of this card system has given us cashflow due to having cards loaded before goods are purchased. In affect money in the bank to buy goods to stock the bar, as apposed to the otherway around.

Golden Coast Chartered Club – Paraparaumu

MyIP Group Ltd approached us through Ted Woodley, with a suggested alternative to our ageing 8 ball pool competition management 8 ball pool system.

Ted met with our tournament convenor, Clive Ball & their senior developer, to discuss and demonstrate MyIP’s Group alternative solution.

The tournament lasted three days, and was based on a very complicated Round Robin phase, leading into a Championship & ‘Plate’ level elimination. MyIP’s solution was completely automatic, and updated ALL results after EACH round in seconds. This allowed EVERY contestant to observe in REAL time via their own [Gold Coast] in-house CCTV monitor system, as to their progress.

One important element of MyIP Group’s system, was the ability to identify throughout the clubs’ CCTV network, the relative position of EVERY contestant. This enabled the contestant to read just their own focus in relation to advancing to either the Championship or Plate (second tier) round, whilst encouraging social activity within the Club, during the competition.

The system performed without blemish, throughout the three days, and furthermore reduced the operational usage, to a degree of saving the Club, 20% of ‘lost/wasted’ time. MyIP Group’s system can also ‘stream’ live via the internet in REAL time. It can be used for ANY competition involving an initial Round Robin phase with the final [main], and second tier [plate] knockout winners.

We are so impressed with this system, that we have reserved the system for the Club’s Championship [50 players on 5 tables over three days] starting 27 October 2017.

Levin Cosmopolitan Club – 8 Ball Tournament

As President of the Levin Cosmopolitan Club, I supply this reference without prejudice or favour.

MyIP Group Ltd were asked to supply us with a modern digital solution for our inaugural Charles Upham VC & Bar 8 Ball Tournament during 21-22 October 2017.

The system performed flawlessly over the two-day event, enabling competitors an up to date visual positional status in REAL time via a TV monitor. Such was the interest shown by ALL interested parties that in less than a second the respective positions for both the knock out phases (Championship & Plate) added to the excitement of the event.
